Please read these terms carefully before using the ga44 platform. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ga44 platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.
ga44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. ga44 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the contact information associated with their account.
Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on ga44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. ga44 operates a strict 21+ policy across all services and game types. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this restriction constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and associations are not permitted to hold accounts on the Platform.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date throughout the life of the account.
- You must hold only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are not permitted and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balance.
- You must not be self-excluded from ga44 or have had a previous account closed for rule violations. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to open a new account during their exclusion period.
ga44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the time frame specified in the request will result in account suspension until verification is completed.
Account Registration and Security
Each registered user is allocated one account on the Platform. The account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, including any activity carried out by a third party who has obtained access to your login details.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your password confidential and do not share it with any other person. ga44 support staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.
- Notify ga44 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
- Ensure that the mobile number registered to your account remains accessible for OTP and account recovery purposes.
- Do not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Platform. All access must be through a standard web browser operated by the account holder personally.
Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ga44 support via the email address on this site. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method provided there are no outstanding verification or compliance requirements. Pending bonus amounts that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ga44 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the approved payment methods listed below. ga44 does not accept cash transactions, cheques, or any payment method not listed as an approved channel on the Platform.
Deposit Conditions
- Deposits are credited to your gaming balance instantly upon successful processing. ga44 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or network issues outside of ga44's control.
- All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account is registered to a different person — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds.
- ga44 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day. Current limits are published in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated without prior notice.
- Deposits made in error or by the wrong payment method should be reported to ga44 support immediately. ga44 will investigate and make reasonable efforts to reverse such transactions where technically possible.
Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though ga44 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification for large withdrawal requests.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an alternative method is approved by ga44 support. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect account holders.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within one business day under normal conditions. Delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
- ga44 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving payment provider are outside ga44's control and are the responsibility of the account holder.
Bonuses and Promotions
ga44 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable bonus terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion per account unless the promotion expressly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times using different accounts or payment methods constitutes abuse and will result in account suspension.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless the promotion specifies otherwise. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the individual promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met before any funds derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- ga44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds that have not been wagered at the time a promotion is cancelled will be removed from the account.
- Bonuses are for entertainment purposes and are provided at ga44's sole discretion. ga44 may decline to offer any bonus to any account at any time, including cases where unusual betting patterns or suspected bonus abuse have been identified.
- Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new players only. A new player is defined as a person who has not previously held any account on the ga44 Platform under any name or payment method.
Seasonal and event-based promotions — including those tied to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other Bangladesh-market occasions — are subject to their own individual terms published at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions in this section apply concurrently unless the promotion's specific terms expressly supersede them.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on the ga44 Platform are subject to the rules of the specific game or event on which the wager is placed. In the event of any conflict between a game's individual rules and these Terms, the game's individual rules shall prevail with respect to the resolution of that specific wager, and these Terms shall prevail in all other respects.
Sports Betting
- All sports bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the wager is confirmed. ga44 reserves the right to void bets where obvious pricing errors have occurred, provided the error is identifiable from the market context.
- In-play bets are accepted at ga44's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event without prior notice. Bets confirmed before a suspension are honoured unless the event is subsequently voided.
- If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or incomplete, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that event type as published on the Platform. Cricket matches affected by weather are subject to the DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method where applicable.
- Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to sports betting. Current limits are published in the cashier and promotions sections of the Platform.
Casino and Live Casino
All casino and live casino games operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems provided by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, and others. Game outcomes are determined independently of ga44. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a casino game round, the affected round will be voided and all wagers returned to the player's account. Disputes regarding game outcomes should be directed to ga44 support within 72 hours of the game round in question.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ga44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from the Platform, in addition to any other remedies available to ga44 under applicable law.
- Using or attempting to use any software, algorithm, automated system, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including the use of betting bots, card counting software, or exploit scripts.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards or strategy information in live casino games, or coordinate bets to exploit promotional offers.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between parties under the guise of gaming activity.
- Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to access or operate your account for any reason.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, verification, deposit, or withdrawal process.
ga44 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect prohibited conduct. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation. ga44's determination following investigation is final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ga44 Platform, including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional material, is the property of ga44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, republish, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without ga44's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of ga44's intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ga44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from use or inability to use the Platform.
- Interruption of access to the Platform due to technical maintenance, server downtime, network failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to a technical error.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where ga44 can demonstrate that reasonable security measures were in place at the time of the breach.
Responsible Gaming Commitment
ga44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all of its services. The Platform is intended as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income or a financial solution. ga44 acknowledges that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling patterns and has implemented a range of tools to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity.

Account Suspension and Termination
ga44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for any of the following reasons, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete identity verification.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other conduct that poses a risk to ga44, other players, or the integrity of the Platform.
- Receiving a legal or regulatory instruction to restrict or terminate accounts in connection with an investigation or compliance requirement.
- The account holder's voluntary request to close their account or activate a self-exclusion period.
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct), ga44 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Upon termination without cause or at the player's own request, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of applicable verification requirements.
Amendments and Governing Law
ga44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Where amendments are material, ga44 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected account holders in advance via the contact details on their account.
These Terms, together with any promotion-specific terms and the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ga44 with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. ga44's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
